Usually test results take about a week, but some tests can take longer. If it has been more than two weeks and you have not received a notification about your results, or have not received all your results, you need to contact the medical provider who performed the tests.
If you are having trouble logging in to your Patient Portal or resetting your password, please call the Customer Support Call Center Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm ET at 1-888-308-1998.
Please have available your Date of Birth and the Cell Phone Number or email address that you used when you were originally registered.
NOTICE: Chexout's call center cannot see into your Patient Portal, does not have access to your results and is unable to tell you your results. By law Chexout is prohibited from providing medical information or test results by phone.
